FCC is pushing net neutrality where ISP's and other internet network providers cannot favor their own content or traffic.
While I tend to favor net neutrality, I do not think that this partisan campaign against it which characterizes it as a government take over of the internet is fair. We want open access for all information over the internet without government taxation or regulation but net neutrality furthers this goal.
